Every MAVN coach is professionally trained in fitting and dedicated to helping golfers find equipment that enhances performance, feel, and confidence.

Coaches Jeff Young and Mason Wyatt, co-founders of the Mach 3 Instruction Movement, host full-day and half-day golf schools at the MAVN Facility in San Antonio, Texas. Each school blends advanced speed training, movement development, and performance coaching to help players move better, swing faster, and play their best golf.

Coaches Jeff Young and Mason Wyatt also lead full-day Mach 3 Certification Events designed to train golf instructors, fitness professionals, and performance coaches in the Mach 3 teaching system. These certifications provide hands-on experience with the Mach 3 tools, drills, and speed protocols that have transformed how athletes train for power and efficiency.
Participants learn how to integrate speed and movement training into their existing programs, gaining a deeper understanding of biomechanics, sequencing, and athletic development. Experience the original Mach 3 Tool Fitting & Speed Check with MAVN’s Director of Speed & Fitness, Jeff Young. This session is designed to identify the movement patterns that generate your natural speed and power, helping you understand exactly how your body creates velocity in the golf swing.
During your session, Jeff will guide you through individualized drills and exercises that enhance your efficiency, sequencing, and athletic motion. You’ll leave with a personalized Mach 3 speed protocol and a Mach 3 training tool chosen specifically for your swing and movement profile.
